The double room at Number 23 Laurie Avenue was cozy and inviting. It had all the essentials I needed, like a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, and heating. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a laid-back trekker like me.
Personally, I found the wardrobe in the twin room a bit small. But that's just my opinion, and others might still find it sufficient for their needs.

It has tidy and cosy rooms and good location next to shops which are couple of minutes walk away as well as goose fair. Has comfortable beds.
Pls, do something with bad smell.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The shower was hot and powerful, providing a refreshing start to the day. The kitchen facilities were basic but had everything I needed, allowing me to prepare meals and store food easily. The location was excellent, close to the places I wanted to visit and with easy access to public transport. The friendly host made check-in and check-out a breeze, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.
The smell in my room, which was a mix of dampness and cigarette smoke. It was quite overpowering and affected the overall comfort.

the kitchen had great storage, and the host was friendly and helpful. the breakfast options were not to my taste, but there was a grocery store nearby. the WiFi was reliable, and I enjoyed having access to Netflix and YouTube on the TV in my room. the curtains were sufficiently dark, and the beds were comfy. Just a note, there was limited parking available. the steep stairs may be difficult for those with mobility issues, and the noise levels in the house depended on the other guests. it was a pleasant stay with a great location and reasonable price. Cons: Not obvious to find.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was spot on. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. Plus, the location was perfect for me and the staff treated me like a VIP.
Menu for breakfast could use some healthier options.

I had a great stay in Nottingham. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to a grocery store and with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were comfortable and had great facilities like a TV with Netflix and blackout curtains. The shared bathroom was clean and the host was friendly and helpful. Though the breakfast options were not to my liking, there were plenty of dining options nearby. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.
The noise levels within the hotel were a bit high, especially in the hallway.
